Prana Gogia, BE., MBA., HHP.

My lifelong passion is to help and educate individuals and groups in using holistic
approaches to resolve imbalances that limit from achieving their highest potential.

I have used traditional as well as modern holistic approaches to restore health and
harmony for over two decades.
I have been fortunate to learn the art of healing in it's traditional form from a Nath yogi  (linage of Yogi Gorakhnath), in my birth state of Gujarat, India and also from Dr. Vasant Lad (preeminent Physician and Professor of Ayurveda, in Albuquerque, NM) in the tradition of Sushruta.

In Vedik perspective, there are primarily six energy centers (or chakras) in our body-mind matrix from which our attention and intention operates. These energy centers require regular attunement using nutrition, bodywork, meditation and continuous learning.

In my holistic healing practice I integrate Vedik, Craniosacral work and Traditional
Chinese Medicine approaches to create a unique experience to address the needs of
individual in restoring health and wellness.

I also have over 15 years of experience in using
Systems Thinking to resolve
imbalances in the management and coordination of group and teamwork. I have
successfully used Systems Thinking in the area of enterprise architecture,
organization development and business strategy alignment.

To me, knowing the place from where our attention and intention operates is the key for achieving the highest potential.
